Opening an Account is Easy!
First, complete a New Account Application. Then, provide the following documents to the bank:
- By-Laws
- Minutes
- Taxpayer ID Number or Tax Exemption Certificate
- Articles of Organization or Certificate of Formation
- ID Information for Signers

- One additional form of ID
- SSN
- Date of Birth
- Contact Information
The bank will prepare Signature Cards and a Business Resolution for the authorized signers. Then a personal banker will contact you to arrange the completion of the account opening.
