Effective Immediately – Motorbank Access Only

Dear valued customer:

Out of concern for the health and well-being of our customers and our employees, Security Bank has made the decision, effective March 19 and until further notice, to close our bank lobby and serve our customers through our drive-thru facility, phone, email, internet, on-line service, mobile banking, etc.  In short, the only service change from normal will be that our lobby won’t be open for the time being.  This will aid in the effort to minimize social interaction risks for us all.  The reality is that most of you currently bank with us through electronic means and so for most of our customers, this adjustment will not mean any change in your interaction with us.

We understand it is important to you and our country that commerce continue uninterrupted, and so our normal business hours will continue as they have in the past.  Our committed staff will be here to take care of your banking needs as we have in the past.  If you have a special need we urge you to give us a call at 940-663-6331.

When our lobbies are re-opened for business, you will be the first to know, and certainly we hope that day is soon.

We enjoy delivering great service to you in person, but we understand that you may want to minimize your face to face interactions.  If there’s a silver lining, it’s that nowadays you can do almost all your banking from your home. Here are the many different ways that we can help you with your banking needs:

· Visit your branch location as usual.  We are here to serve you!  Our branch has drive-thru service for your added convenience.

· Call to talk to our fantastic team of bankers in Quanah @ 940-663-6331

· Access your account(s) balances and transaction history online or through your mobile device

· Use debit cards to avoid cash handling

· Send and receive money electronically

· Schedule electronic bill payments

· Deposit your checks through your mobile device or remote deposit scanner for businesses

· Use any ATM in the U.S free of charge to withdraw funds (However, if you do incur a charge please reach out to your branch representatives @ 940-663-6331 for a refund.)
